Back discomfort
To explore mobility, postural organisation and patterns of tension involving the spine.
Rolfing® in Lugano
A thoughtful bodywork approach for people living with back or neck discomfort, tension, stiffness and stress — or simply wanting to feel more at ease in their body.

The body carries our story
The body continuously adapts to posture, habits, stress, injuries and the experiences we go through.
Rolfing® works with the fascial system, posture, movement and body awareness. Its aim is to support greater freedom, balance and ease in the way the body organises itself.
It is not simply a massage. It is a process of bodily reorganisation and awareness.
What Rolfing may support
To explore mobility, postural organisation and patterns of tension involving the spine.
To work with restrictions and body patterns that may contribute to tension.
To help the body organise itself with greater balance in relation to gravity.
For people who want to move more freely, naturally and efficiently.
Bodywork and awareness may support a greater capacity for settling and relaxation.
To refine body awareness, quality of movement and recovery.
Beyond Rolfing®
Alongside Rolfing, I offer individual Somatic Experiencing® and LNT® sessions. I am trained and certified in both approaches.
Body · nervous system · regulation
A body-oriented approach developed by Peter A. Levine to work gradually with the effects of stress and overwhelming experiences. By attending to sensations, resources and nervous-system responses, it supports regulation without necessarily requiring a detailed retelling or reliving of what happened.
Energy · attention · wellbeing
An energetic and spiritual practice that brings attention to the person's energetic dimension. According to the LNT® method, the work aims to support balance and wellbeing on physical and emotional levels through attention, intention and body awareness.
LNT® is complementary and does not replace diagnosis, medical care or other health treatments.

We begin with what you are experiencing and decide together which approach may be most appropriate.

What happens in a session
I do not apply the same protocol to everyone. We begin with what you feel and with the way your body currently organises itself.
Through touch, movement and body awareness, we work with areas of tension while keeping the whole-body organisation in view.
The traditional ten-session Rolfing series is still available, but it is optional. You can begin with one session and decide step by step whether to continue.
The goal is not only to work where discomfort is felt, but to understand how the whole body participates in the pattern.Book a session ↗
About me

I am a complementary therapist, Rolfer™, certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) and certified LNT® practitioner.
My first academic background was in Natural Sciences at the University of Padua. In 2010 I trained at the Rolf Institute in Boulder, Colorado.
Since then, I have supported people through bodywork by bringing together anatomy, experience, attentive listening and sensitivity to the individual.
